Vibrio cholerae under microscope (SEM)

Cholera vibrios are slim, short, curved rods, about 0.5 × 3 m in size. Cells may be linked end to end, forming S shapes and spirals. They are highly motile with a single polar flagellum, non-spore forming, oxidase positive.
Microscopy:
Gram-negative, curved, non-spore-forming rods.
