Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis on Mannitol Salt Agar. Cultivation 24 hours in an aerobic
atmosphere, 37°C. Yellow, mannitol positive Staphylococcus aureus with yellowish halo around colonies. Whittish, mannitol negative colonies of Staphylococcus epidermidis.
